All our product range can be made using Laminate steel which is maintenance free and fire resistant ensuring lasting good looks plus trouble free use.  We make all of our boxes with a peaked roof this helps repel water and stiffens the roof.

Boxes can be made in various sizes for use underneath or around the perimeter of your van, making them ideal for storing items such as gas bottles, outdoor furniture, adult bicycles etc, therefore freeing internal van space.

Boxes are made including a full Aluzink floor,  it is 65 mm (2 1/2”) thick so your items are above ground level, rubber door seals, S500 coated hinges and a  3 Point locking system as standard. Some customers put washing machines and dryers in the box, in this case we put extra stiffeners in the floor.

Storage Box Base

All our storage units need a sound, flat level surface to be sited on ie: concrete, tarmac, block paving or flagstones.  We suggest the base material should be a minimum thickness of  2” (50 mm).  None of the sites we supply to will allow you to site a box directly onto grass only.  If this is the case please get permission from your site manager.

             For this size box the minimum footprint needed is:

6 ft (1829 mm) wide x 2 ft 10”  deep (864 mm)
But the ideal footprint needed is
6 ft (1829 mm) wide x 4 ft 11” (1500 mm) deep, to allow for door clearance.
